8 connected modules on a single database. Maintenance, fuel, documentation, BI and ERIC AI, integrated with your telematics and ERP.

Go to the blog →Integrate the systems your company already uses — ERP, telematics, fuel cards and repair shops — to manage your fleet from VEC Fleet with centralized, automatic and up-to-date information.
Each integration feeds a VEC Fleet module. The data stops living in the provider's portal and moves to the vehicle record, where it's cross-referenced with maintenance, fuel and documentation.

The fleet keeps working with the providers it knows. What changes is that their data is no longer isolated.
There's no need to switch GPS, fuel card or ERP. VEC Fleet connects with the provider your fleet already has up and running.
The connection is made with connectors and is managed by the VEC Fleet Integrations team. No development is required on your end.
Once active, the information syncs continuously: odometer readings, fuel transactions and service orders land where they're managed.

What integrates, what each integration is for, and what to keep in mind before connecting your GPS, fuel card or ERP to your fleet management software.
It's connecting fleet management software with the systems that already generate fleet data —GPS, fuel cards, the ERP, repair shops— so that information arrives on its own, without anyone copying it from a portal into a spreadsheet. The goal isn't to have more data, but to have it in one place, linked to each vehicle, so it can be cross-referenced.
For two specific things. The first is the odometer: with each vehicle's actual mileage, preventive maintenance is scheduled by kilometer rather than by estimate. The second is location: at the time of a fuel transaction, the system compares where the vehicle was with where the station is, and if they don't match, the transaction is flagged.
Every fuel transaction arrives on its own, linked to the vehicle and driver, and goes through VEC Fleet's checks: tank capacity, expected fuel efficiency, geolocation, and card versus vehicle. Without integration, those checks depend on someone entering receipts by hand, and what isn't entered isn't checked.
What operations and administration share: service orders, purchase orders and invoicing. The fleet manages maintenance in VEC Fleet and the accounting team keeps working in its ERP, with the same data and no duplicate records.
No. Integration starts from the providers the fleet already has. A single fleet can have more than one GPS provider —for example, by region or by vehicle type— and all of them feed the same record in VEC Fleet.
The directory shows integrations that have their own page, not every possible connection. If your provider isn't listed, ask about it in the demo: the Integrations team reviews what data it exposes and how it can be brought into VEC Fleet.
