The ticket includes the affected component, the vehicle, the required service, and preloaded tasks. From there, the workshop manager handles it like any other ticket: assigns a provider, controls the budget, validates attachments, and closes the work order. Full traceability is recorded in the vehicle’s history and feeds future predictive model cycles.
